With a legacy spanning over 360 years, Baieido (梅栄堂) is not just an incense maker; they are the guardians of Japan's aromatic history. Founded in the historic trading port of Sakai, Osaka, Baieido traces its roots back to the days of ancient medicinal wholesalers ("Jinko-ya").

Unlike the sweet, courtly perfumes of Kyoto, Baieido’s formulas are revered for their deep, spicy, and woody profiles. Their master artisans meticulously blend premium natural ingredients (including rare Aloeswood and Indian Sandalwood) adhering to secret recipes passed down since the Edo period.
