Effective August 29, 2025, significant changes to United States tariff policies will impact all incoming international shipments, including your orders from DARABARA, which is a Canada-based small business. The United States is eliminating its "de minimis" rule, which previously allowed most items valued under $800 to enter the country duty-free. Starting August 29th, all orders, regardless of their value, will be subject to import duties.
Additionally, import duty rates for goods from certain countries are changing. For our customers, the most significant change is a new tariff of approximately 15% on products made in Japan, for now.

All prices shown on our store for U.S. customers are now all-inclusive. We have incorporated the estimated import duties directly into the product price. This means the price you see on the product page is the final price you'll pay for the item, there will be no separate duty charges added at checkout.
We will continue to ship your orders using the Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) method. This means we take care of all the customs formalities and fees on our end, so your package will arrive at your doorstep with no additional charges or customs-related delays. What you pay at checkout is the final amount, guaranteed.
