Exciting News! We Now Accept WeChat Pay and Alipay!

We're thrilled to announce that we've expanded our payment options to make your shopping experience even more convenient! Powered by AlphaPay, a leading Canadian payment solution provider, you can now complete your purchase using WeChat Pay and Alipay at checkout.

Before you check out, here are a couple of important points to keep in mind:

  1. All Payments are in USD
    When you select WeChat Pay or Alipay, your order total will be converted to and processed in US Dollars (USD) to complete the transaction.
  2. Using the "WeChat Pay" Option for Both
    At the final step of checkout, you will see an option for WeChat Pay. Please select this option for both WeChat Pay and Alipay. A single QR code will be generated on the screen, which you can scan using either the WeChat or Alipay app to complete your payment.

DARABARA is based in Canada. We proudly ship worldwide! We serve customers in North America, Most of South America, Europe, and Asia.

How Long Will It Take To Process My Order?

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Please note that processing times may vary for custom-made or handcrafted items. Check the product description on the item's page for specific processing time estimates if different from the standard.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the email.

You may also be able to find your tracking information by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

Customs & Taxes on International Orders?

For destinations outside Canada, please be aware that your purchase may be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), import duties, customs duties, or other taxes and fees levied by your destination country.

Currently, DARABARA does not collect these fees at the time of purchase.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be payable upon arrival of your order.
