DARABARA Subscribe & Save Program

Welcome to the Subscribe & Save ("S&S") program offered by 15644178 Canada Inc., operating as DARABARA ("Darabara", "we", "us", "our"). By participating in our S&S program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. The program allows you to set up automatic, recurring deliveries for eligible Darabara products and receive a discount on those items. Darabara is operated from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
1. Subscribe & Save Benefits

Discounts: Receive a specific S&S discount on eligible items. The exact percentage discount varies by item and/or collection and is clearly displayed on the product page for eligible items when you set up your subscription. The discount applicable to your subscription is the discount displayed at the time you confirm your subscription setup, subject to potential changes as outlined in Section 8. This discount is applied to the item's price at the time your recurring order is processed.

Convenience: Enjoy automatic ordering and delivery of your favorite Darabara products.

Flexibility: Easily manage your subscriptions through your Darabara customer account.
2. Eligible Items & Creating Subscriptions

Darabara S&S subscriptions are available for select products, primarily consumable items like incense and fragrances, but potentially including accessories or other items as indicated. Eligibility and the specific S&S options (discount percentage, available delivery frequencies) are shown on the product detail page for qualifying items.

To create a subscription, select the "Subscribe & Save" option on the product page, choose your desired delivery frequency from the available options for that specific item (e.g., every 1, 2, 3 months), and add the item to your cart. Complete the checkout process.

You must have a registered Darabara customer account and provide a valid, saved payment method to participate.

S&S is available for shipping addresses in our standard shipping destinations published on shipping & delivery page, subject always to product shipping availability and any local import restrictions or regulations.
3. Managing Your Subscriptions

You can view and manage your subscriptions anytime through the Darabara customer account dashboard. Management options typically include:

Viewing upcoming deliveries.

Changing the delivery frequency for a subscription from the options available for that specific item.

Skipping your next scheduled delivery.
-
Pausing your subscription temporarily.
-
Changing your shipping address for future orders (Note: For the best of experience, changes must be made at least 5 business days before your next scheduled shipment date to apply to that order).

Changing your payment method (Note: Changes must be made at least 1 business days before your next scheduled shipment date to apply to that order).

Cancelling your subscription (see Section 6).

Changes made via your account dashboard may take up to 24 hours to fully process.
4. Pricing, Billing & Automatic Recurring Payments

By creating an S&S subscription, you authorize 15644178 Canada Inc., operating as DARABARA, to automatically charge your designated payment method for each recurring S&S order. These charges will occur automatically on or around the date your order is processed for shipment, based on the frequency you selected. You agree to these recurring charges unless you pause, skip, or cancel your subscription according to these Terms.

The amount charged for each S&S order will be the price of the item(s) on the Darabara website (www.darabara.com) on the day that order is processed, less the applicable S&S discount for that specific subscription. Item prices can fluctuate. Promotional or limited-time discounts do not typically apply to S&S orders unless explicitly stated.

Applicable taxes and standard shipping fees will be added to your order total for each shipment. Shipping fees may vary based on destination, carrier rates, and selected shipping method (if options are provided).

We will send reminder emails when your upcoming subscription payment is due, when you skip a subscription order, when your subscription is paused, expired, resumed or canceled. We will also send reminder emails when your subscription payment is failed. the reminder emails will next scheduled order, outlining the items, estimated cost, and upcoming charge date.

If your payment method is declined, we will notify you and may attempt to process the charge again. If payment continues to fail, your S&S order for that period may be skipped, and your subscription may be paused or cancelled at our discretion. You are responsible for maintaining current and valid payment information.
5. Shipping, Title, Risk of Loss & International Shipments

Darabara's standard shipping policies apply. Title and risk of loss for items pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier by 15644178 Canada Inc., operating as DARABARA.

International Shipments (Outside Canada), Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Regulations:

Importer of Record: For orders shipped outside Canada, you, the customer, are the importer of record.

Compliance Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that the products you subscribe to can be lawfully imported into the destination country. You must comply with all laws, regulations, and restrictions of the destination country. This includes potential restrictions on incense, essential oils, fragrances, or handmade goods. Please verify your local regulations before subscribing.

Fees: You are responsible for paying all applicable import duties, customs fees, taxes (like VAT or GST), brokerage fees, and any other charges levied by customs authorities or carriers in the destination country. These charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost paid.

Customs Delays/Issues: DARABARA can not assume responsibility for delays caused by customs processing, packages held or rejected by customs, or any additional costs incurred due to customs inspection or import requirements.

Refusal to Pay Fees: If you refuse to pay required duties/taxes, the shipment may be returned to Darabara (at your expense) or destroyed by customs. Refunds for the product or shipping may not be possible in these circumstances.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your S&S subscription(s) at any time without penalty via the "My Subscriptions" section of your Darabara customer account.

To avoid being charged for the next scheduled order, you must cancel your subscription at least 1 business days before that order's processing date.

Cancelling after an order has already been processed will stop future recurring orders but will not cancel the order already in progress.
7. Product Availability & Item Changes

All S&S orders are subject to product availability.
-
Temporary Unavailability: If an item in your subscription is temporarily out of stock on its scheduled processing date, we will typically notify you and automatically skip that specific delivery. Your subscription will remain active and attempt to process on the next scheduled date according to your chosen frequency.

Discontinuation: If an item is permanently discontinued, we will notify you and automatically cancel the S&S subscription for that specific item.

Occasionally, product formulations, packaging, or details may change. We will endeavor to update product information accordingly. Your subscription will continue with the updated version of the item.
8. Changes to the Terms

15644178 Canada Inc., operating as DARABARA, reserves the right to change any aspect of the S&S program at any time, including:

The S&S discount percentages offered on items (changes would typically apply to future orders, including existing subscriptions, after notice is provided).

The selection of eligible items.

The available delivery frequency options.

These Terms & Conditions.

We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the S&S program entirely.

We will provide reasonable notice of material changes (e.g., changes to discounts on existing subscriptions, termination of the program) by posting updates on the Darabara website (www.darabara.com) and/or by sending an email to the address associated with your account.

Your continued participation in the S&S program after we post changes or send notice constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any changes, your sole remedy is to cancel your S&S subscription(s).
9. Governing Law

These Terms, your participation in the Program, and any dispute arising between you and 15644178 Canada Inc., operating as DARABARA, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.
10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 15644178 Canada Inc., operating as DARABARA, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the S&S program or these Terms. Our total liability in connection with the S&S program will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific subscription order giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
