At DARABARA, we are passionate about bringing you unique, rare-find accessories, decors, handcrafts, and all kinds of treasures from around the world. In short, we offer the following shipping options:

- Free Standard Shipping on orders minimum of 49.00 USD (or equivalent)
- Expedite Delivery available for 12.59 USD (or equivalent)/Order
🌍 For International Orders (Outside US & Canada):
- Free Standard Shipping on Orders minimum of 79.00 USD (or equivalent)
- Standard Shipping Rate of 9.99 USD (or equivalent)
- DHL Express Shipping Rate of 35.00 USD (or equivalent)
We understand that shipping costs can sometimes be a barrier, and we strive to offer the most affordable and transparent shipping options possible, reflecting the international nature of our curated collections.
Standard Shipping Rates by Destination and Free Shipping Conditions:
We ship internationally to most countries/regions accessible by international shipping service providers. The following table provides a general overview of our shipping rates by region. These are flat rates per order for the countries listed within each region, where shipping is available for the selected items in your cart. The exact shipping cost for your order will be calculated at checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact hi@darabara.com to confirm alternative shipping & delivery options.

*United States Shipping: We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, and other US territories or remote areas. Orders addressed to these locations may be subject to cancellation and refund.
Unless stated otherwise, we typically process orders in 1 to 3 business days. Typical standard delivery time is 3 to 15 business days. Standard items may be shipped via tracked postal mail, USPS, Canada Post, EMS, Purolator, FEDEX, UPS or DHL.
We reserve the right to select and change our shipping service providers at any time without prior notice. The chosen provider may depend on factors such as destination, package weight, and current service availability. This does not affect our commitment to delivering your order in a timely manner.
Value-Added Tax (VAT) and Import Duties
For orders shipped outside of Canada, your purchase may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes levied by your destination country. Please see below for how we handle these fees based on your shipping address.
‼️ For Shipments to the 🇺🇸 United States:
Effective August 29, 2025, all estimated import duties and taxes for orders shipped to the United States are included in the final listing price of the products.
We ship to the US using the Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) method. This means the total amount you pay at checkout is final, and you will not face any surprise customs charges upon delivery.
For All Other International Destinations:
For all other destinations outside of Canada and the United States, DARABARA does not collect Value Added Tax (VAT), import duties, or other fees at the time of purchase. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and may be payable to your local customs office upon the arrival of your order.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on potential import fees before placing your order, as these charges can vary significantly by country.
Important Considerations for International Shipping:
- Destination-Specific Availability: Not all collections may be available for shipping to every country listed above. Availability will be indicated during checkout.
- Order Processing: Processing times may vary depending on the origin of the items. We will provide estimated times during checkout and keep you informed.
- PO Box Restrictions: We cannot ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical address to avoid delays or cancellations.
Order Cancellations
We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your order. As we aim to process orders efficiently, our cancellation window is time-sensitive.
How to Request a Cancellation: Contact us as soon as possible via our contact page or reply to your order confirmation email, including your order number and a clear request for cancellation.
Cancellation Window: We can only guarantee cancellation if your request is received before your order has been shipped.
Successful Cancellations: If cancelled before processing/shipping, we will confirm via email and issue a full refund within 5–10 business days.
If Cancellation Isn't Possible: Once items are dispatched, we cannot cancel. You may refer to our Return Policy for returns of eligible items.
