Shipping Options & Rates
🇨🇦 For Canada:
- Free Standard Shipping on orders of $69.00 CAD or more.
- Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $10.00 CAD.
- Express Shipping: Available for $18.50 CAD (typically arrives in 2-4 days).
🇺🇸 For United States*:
- Free Standard Shipping on orders of $49.00 USD or more.
- Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $6.99 USD.
- Express Shipping: Available for $12.59 USD (typically arrives in 2-4 days).
🌍 For International Orders (Outside US & Canada):
- Free Standard Shipping on orders of $79.00 USD (or equivalent) or more.
- Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $9.99 USD (or equivalent).
- DHL Express Shipping: Flat rate of $35.00 USD (or equivalent).

*United States Shipping: We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, and other US territories or remote areas. Orders addressed to these locations may be subject to cancellation and refund.
Processing & Delivery Times
Unless stated otherwise, we typically process orders in 1 to 2 business days.
- Standard Delivery: 3 to 15 business days.
- Carriers: We use tracked services via USPS, Canada Post, EMS, Purolator, FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
We reserve the right to select the shipping provider based on destination and package weight to ensure the most efficient delivery.
Duties, Taxes, and Customs
For Shipments to Canada 🇨🇦
Applicable GST/HST will be calculated and collected at checkout. No additional duties will be charged upon delivery for domestic shipments.
For Shipments to the United States 🇺🇸
We offer a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service.
- No Surprise Fees: Import duties, taxes, and handling fees are included in the price or calculated at checkout.
- Seamless Delivery: You will not be asked to pay additional charges upon delivery.
For All Other International Destinations 🌍
DARABARA DOES NOT collect Value Added Tax (VAT), import duties, or other fees at the time of purchase.
- These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and may be payable to your local customs office upon arrival.
- We recommend checking with your local customs office regarding potential fees before placing your order.
Important Considerations
- Availability: Not all collections ship to every country. Availability is confirmed at checkout.
- PO Boxes: We cannot ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical address.
Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly, so the cancellation window is short.
- How: Contact us immediately via our contact page or reply to your confirmation email.
- Window: We can only guarantee cancellation before your order has been shipped.
- Refund: If successful, we will issue a full refund within 5–10 business days.
- Shipped Orders: Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return Policy.
