While our pieces originate from various international artisans, we are committed to keeping shipping costs as low as we can for you. We continuously work to negotiate the best possible rates with our logistics partners and pass those savings on to you.

Important Considerations for International Shipping:

Due to the diverse origins of our collections, please be aware of the following:

Destination-Specific Availability: Not all collections may be available for shipping to every country listed below. The availability of specific items and/or collections for your destination will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

Order Processing: As we curate pieces from international artisans, processing times may vary depending on the origin of the items in your order. We will provide estimated processing times during checkout and keep you informed of your order's progress.

PO Box Restrictions: Please note that we are currently unable to ship to Post Office (PO) Box addresses. Kindly provide a physical street address for shipping during checkout. Orders with PO Box addresses may be delayed or cancelled.

Standard Shipping Rates by Destination and Free Shipping Conditions:

We ship internationally to most countries/regions accessible by international shipping service providers. The following table provides a general overview of our shipping rates by region. Please note that these are flat rates per order for the countries listed within each region, where shipping is available for the selected items in your cart. The exact shipping cost for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout after you have selected your desired items and shipping destination. If your country is not listed, please contact hi@darabara.com to confirm alternative shipping & delivery options.

Unless specifically stated on the product description page, we typically process orders in 1-3 business days. Typical delivery time is 7-20 days, standard items will be shipped via Canada Post, EMS, Purolator, or DHL.

We reserve the right to select and change our shipping service providers at any time without prior notice. This is to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery, and the chosen provider may depend on factors such as destination, package weight, and current service availability. This does not affect our commitment to delivering your order in a timely manner.

 

*United States Shipping: We are currently unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, and other US territories or remote areas. Orders addressed to these locations may be subject to cancellation and refund.

Value Added Tax (VAT) and Import Duties:

Please be aware that for order destinations outside Canada, your purchase may be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), import duties, customs duties, or other taxes and fees levied by your destination country. Currently, DARABARA does not collect these fees at the time of purchase. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be payable upon arrival of your order.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on potential import fees before placing your order, as these charges can vary significantly depending on your country's regulations and the value of your order.

Order Cancellations

We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your order. As we aim to process orders efficiently, our cancellation window is time-sensitive.

• How to Request a Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. You can reach us via our contact page or reply directly to your order confirmation email, including your order number and clearly stating your request for cancellation.

• Cancellation Window: We can only guarantee cancellation if your request is received before your order has been shipped. We strongly recommend contacting us immediately if you need to cancel.

• Successful Cancellations: If we are able to successfully cancel your order before it is processed or shipped, we will confirm the cancellation via email and issue a full refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

• If Cancellation Isn't Possible: Once part or all of an order's items have been dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it. In this case, the order will proceed as planned. If you no longer want the item upon arrival, you may refer to our Return Policy for instructions on how to return eligible items.
