Shop Pay Installment Active Now

Shop Pay installment was made available to Shops in Canada and the US as announced in Shopify Summer '25 update. We strive to offer more payment options to our dear customers, so we flipped the switch on right away!

If you are one of the eligible customers, you may see the Shop Pay Installment option showing up on product description pages.

On eligibility of Shop Pay Installment: According to Shopify's policy page, customers must also meet certain eligibility requirements, For example, the customer must have a billing address in the United States or Canada, excluding Quebec, and be signed up for Shop Pay. And their total order amount must be between $35 to $30,000 USD or CAD to qualify for Shop Pay Installments.

How Can I Get Free Shipping?

How Long Will It Take To Process My Order?

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Please note that processing times may vary for custom-made or handcrafted items. Check the product description on the item's page for specific processing time estimates if different from the standard.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the email.

You may also be able to find your tracking information by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

Customs & Taxes on International Orders?

For destinations outside Canada, please be aware that your purchase may be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), import duties, customs duties, or other taxes and fees levied by your destination country.

Currently, DARABARA does not collect these fees at the time of purchase.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be payable upon arrival of your order.

What Are the Return & Refund Rules?
