As the year winds down and the winter chill settles in, I wanted to take a moment to send a warm thank you to all of you. Your support for DARABARA this year has meant the world to me.

Holiday Schedule: We are taking a short break!

Please note that the shop will be closed for a holiday break from December 23, 2025, to January 04, 2026.

While the website will remain open for you to browse and shop, all orders placed during this time will be processed and shipped after we return on January 5th.

Where am I off to?

I’m trading the winter coats for a backpack! During this break, I will be traveling to Asia for some serious incense hunting. I can’t wait to explore local markets, meet with artisans, and discover new scents to bring back to the shop in the new year.

Yes! We offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on eligible orders.

How Long Will It Take To Process My Order?

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Please note that processing times may vary for custom-made or handcrafted items. Check the product description on the item's page for specific processing time estimates if different from the standard.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the email.

You may also be able to find your tracking information by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

Customs & Taxes on International Orders?

For destinations outside Canada, please be aware that your purchase may be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), import duties, customs duties, or other taxes and fees levied by your destination country.

Currently, DARABARA does not collect these fees at the time of purchase.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be payable upon arrival of your order.

What Are the Return & Refund Rules?
